How to visit our travel clinic
I. By an appointment
The easiest way to visit our travel clinic is to make an appointment online. There is no cost for making an appointment. Please just choose the available date and slots and fill some basic information. Then you will get the confirmatory email instantly.

Please be informed that: you need to make an appointment at least 10 hours in advance.

II. By walk-in
Although you may 'walk in' to our clinic, it is strongly recommended to make an appointment before visiting us. Since if you choose to walk in, you have to wait for the clients with appointment first and it is very difficult to predict your waiting time. In some cases, we may not be able to serve you on that day especially if you walk in in the afternoon and we have a full booking.
Walk-in cut off time:
Monday-Friday at 15.00
Saturday at 11.00
Our service hour
Normal Service Hour:
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00 (last walk-in at 15:00)
Extended service: (extra charge apply)
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 16.00-19.00 (last walk-in at 18:00)
Saturday 9.00-12.00 (last walk-in at 11:00)
We close for walk-in 1 hour prior the closing time.
We close on public holiday.
